Register from our Class Schedule — or Log into Mind/Body and register for the class.
Log in to Mind/Body at https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/launch
And type in “creative wellness”
ALL Classes are AVAILABLE “IN STUDIO” & “ON LINE”
Creative Wellness offers you the opportunity to come into the studio for classes or stay at home. The options are available under “Class Schedule”.
If you don’t connect in for the class, we will automatically send you a recording of the class that you can review for up to 72 hours.
All our classes are live-streamed through the Zoom platform. NOTE: There are two registrations for each class, one for in studio and one for on line.
Reservations for all classes are MANDATORY (limited spots available)
Reservations must be made at least 2 hours prior to class start time.
All students receive a class registration confirmation notification.
For an on-line version you will receive a 2nd email with Subject line “Zoom Invitation Creative Wellness Yoga”, or CW Yoga.
Click on the link to enter zoom meeting before class time. You will go into a waiting room until Class time. You can use your mobile device, laptop or desktop to log into Zoom.
If you are unable to attend the class, we will automatically send you a recording of the class. You will receive a recording of the class within 5 hours after class. The email that you will receive will read “CW Yoga Recording” in the subject line of your email.
Notifications - Closings and Updates
Closings for studio due to weather will be posted on Facebook, Instagram and our website on our Procedures/Updates page.
If the East Aurora school district is closed, we are closed.
