Spring is a traditional time to reincorporate herbs and wild edible plants that support
liver function and effective digestion. In this class, Community Herbalist Sarah Sorci will explain the beneficial properties of a range of WNY plants, and the importance of specific nutrients and food for healthy liver function. Participants will sample herbal preparations, and receive recipes and seeds to take home.
